Family and relationship difficulties

Families are complex systems of individuals, some with different authority and power, due to their ages and positions in the family. That said, our fundamental premise is that all members must enter work voluntarily and are entiltled to leave as and when they want. Counselling is a voluntary activity, that requires respect, patience and tolerance for it to work.

The healthier the family members the healthier the family, we encourage expression of needs, desires and resentments in a safe non-blaming fashion. With the family members more clear on what other members want they can then adjust their own needs to suit what is possible in their family of origin.
