My practice is based in central Edinburgh and Fife, where I work with individuals and couples. Between 1999 and 2004 as a member of a group I had an in-depth experiential and theoretical training in Transactional Analysis at the Edinburgh Institute for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have a background of many years experience working in Education. My experience spans clinical practice, management, education and professional development. As a therapist I work with both individual clients and couples and more recently with groups.

Personal Approach

My personal approach is to use Transactional Analysis to connect, explore personal issues and en-able change and growth. I offer safe, supportive space, that encourages dialogue allowing the client to be proactive in taking personal responsibility for their journey.
